SCS-Works going on temporary hiatus!

Are we abandoning Kuuga now after getting this far?

NO!

However, I (Syochan) will be relocated half way around the globe this time next week. As with all major reshuffles of lifestyle, I'll need time to reformat my life (new PC, setting up an internet connection, a job, etc).

So for these reasons and probably a few more that I'm ignoring right now, It'd be hard for me to work on fansubs for a while.

Rest assured though that we'll pick up where we left off as soon as possible!

Okay, I don't know how you people managed it but exactly 5,000?!

Anyway, it was only a month ago that I made a post thanking everyone for reaching 1,000 and now we're on 5,000!

Wow. I don't know what to say.

I hope we can continue to receive your support later this week for our usual release and into the future as our project carries on its course. And maybe any future projects in store too!

ZERO_ninja's PC has died again due to a rerun of the Kuuga curse fallen into technical issues so here's another delayed release from Syochan. Enjoy!

Kuuga 07 released

Another week, another visit from the Kuuga curse. This time, my boiler gave up i.e. I have no central heating and/or hot water right now.

Because my lack of comfort is bloody annoying there is no release. Thankfully, that has bugger all to do with fansubbing so here's episode 7.

DDL Sites

After spending all of today trying to upload our files to MegaUpload with no success, due to their upload wizard failing or forgetting how much of the file was actually uploaded, it's been decided that we will stick to SendSpace for our DDLs.

If anyone wants to upload the file to other DDL sites and e-mail me the links we will list them as mirrors on the blog, but we will not upload to sites other than SendSpace ourselves.

If you do upload for us be sure to rar or zip the entire folder to upload so that the text file is still included rather than just the video and do not modify it in any way, thanks.

Kuuga 06 released

Since the Kuuga curse is apparently broken for now, we're gonna go a bit further and give you guys a second episode release this week to celebrate that and the blog's 1,000 visitors so enjoy.

Okay, seems the Kuuga curse has some truth behind it after all.  During uploading, ZERO_ninja lost all electrical power in his home.

Luckily enough, episode 5 of Kuuga was completed although the other surprises we had in store for you guys will have to wait.

WinRAR for DDLs

It has come to my attention that some people aren't sure what to do with the DDL files as they are rar'd into 2 parts. Unfortunately this is unavoidable as 355mb is beyond what most DDL sites will take.

You can download WinRAR here. Once WinRAR is installed download both part 1 and part 2 into the same folder, right click either one and choose "Extract Here" from the drop down menu.

Kuuga 04 released

After that little bout of drama with our missing encoder, he's resurfaced and got the goods ready.

Kuuga 04... except not really

Hey, one of the QCs here.

Kuuga 04 is likely to be delayed slightly as the encoder is AWOL. We suspect that pigs have attacked him and he is unable to fend them off.

Apologies to those expecting a release from us today. Hopefully we'll have it soon and thanks for staying with us. Enjoy this random image of a violent pig from Google.

Edit: It's all fine folks, he's evaded the pigs by hiding under a metric ton of bacon.

Our visitors, since setting up the ClustrMaps on our blog, has reached 555.
